Hello Everybody.
Sorry for not being around this week. I hurt my back quite badly last week and had to miss a few days of work. Between rest and pain killers I am ready to try the ellipticle today (looking forward to using my FT4 for the first time). I was able to walk during my recovery so hopefully I was not to much of a burden to the team.
I am working to get the team updated. So that our map position can reflect all your hard work.

*****marianne_s***** Just keep doing what you can to stay active if you can't workout. I cleaned for over and hour yesterday, scrubbed floors, cleaned the sinks, stove, microwave, mopped, this all was 205 cals! I also did some cleaning today, w/ light effort but didn't bother to log it since it was really quick (like 15 min), and with light effort. I hope you help your daughter okay and spend good times with her before she leaves for Germany Way to go changing your mind though and doing some exercise today!! WOO HOO!! It feels good to get back into it! I was off for 3 days, and today was charged up to exercise and did well

******EVERYONE****** Can someone message me and let me know what is the plan tomorrow? Rest day or water day? I am not sure, but I do plan to exercise, maybe lighter if it's rest day, but I am hoping to get down to my low weight for Thursday's weigh-in w/ my weight loss challenge team on another board.
I don't drink a lot of water so I need to know which day is water day.

Thanks for you concern everybody. My back is feeling better each day, and I have been able to start putting in more time at the gym. I would like to start more resistance training but unfortunately that puts to much stress on my back.

I know it can be rough with our busy schedules, but if you've ever experienced changing your mind about exercise and decide to workout instead of veg out, or drink more water instead of waiting for the next meal or snack to drink it with, then you know you are being influenced positively because of this challenge we are in. Let's keep it going and don't give up or rest for too many days (like I did!)...Keep up the great work everyone!0 -
