Don't panic. I've gained a couple lbs this week due to mine. Just do what others have suggested, keep drinking plenty of water and making healthy food choices. It'll come off, don;t sweat it.:)

That's about how I do it., or I just log about half of what actually do. ( Which sadly isn't much with so much snow) and this is very Off topic but I have to ask OnionCookie : Colonel Mustang?

Love the nutrition bars. I take one to work everyday to eat at my break at 10:00 am. I don't think there's a flavor I don't like.

I log everything I plan on eating the night before. I find for me it's much easier to stay on track that way. If for some reason something changes I can always adjust it.
