I use the meat substitutes all the time. Look in the frozen section by the veggie burgers. I use the brand morning star. When making the taco meat, just add the spices to it and about half the water. I use it in soups, stuffed green peppers...just abotu everything.

I too have about 30 lbs to lose. feel free to add me if you would like. I have been on this journey for 2 years. Started at 205 got down to 163, quit smoking gained back 15....so here I am again! please don't add if you are not going to make your diary public...we can't help each other if we are not holding each other…

I do eat any salad dressing I want. However, I do not pour on my salad I put it on the side and just dip my fork in it before the salad. You will save a lot of calories that way. Or, I love just a good vinegar and olive oil. there are a lot of dressing out there that are made with greek yogurt too

Be able to laugh at yourself at first...sometimes the routines can be tough(at least they were for me)and all I could do was laugh at my self and just kept moving...even though I looked funny at times, the laughter brightened my day! Also, you will get the routines....JUST KEEP MOVING and a good teacher should tell you…

Hello- I am 5'1 inches...current weight 180, I am down 25 lbs, but up 15 lbs.....I started my journey at 205 lbs, got down to 163 lbs...size 10 jeans....really felt great. Stopped my program, eating a bit more of the bad stuff, fried foods...etc and then I quit smoking after 30 years-been 3 months so far, but I have gained…
