Count me in. I've been attempting a vegan diet since March and would love others to keep me motivated.

The best you can do is be the example and like someone else said try to invite them to dinner.

I think I might give it a shot... I just got to get my hinny to the store.

I'd say it's fine, just adjust your other meals so your caloric intake evens out.

I'll take all the friends I can get too =)

I commute 2 hours out of the day, I hear ya! I like Chick Fil-a's chargrilled chicken sandwich (290 cal) and replace the fries w/ fruit (70 cals). There's KFC's honey bbq snack with a side of green beans and mashed potatos w/o gravy -all together 320 cals. I don't know if you have Noodle's & Co, but they have some good…

Today is an easy one. I'm going to put a comment in Costco's tell us what you think box. I think they should have healthier choices in the food court and at least some low-fat options in the bakery. Maybe guilt them with Wal-Marts announcement to go healthy?

Healthy Life english muffins 80 calories topped w/ pb2 45 calories or laughing cow. Just found out you can used trader joe's peanut flour like pb2 though (much cheaper). A 6oz blueberry is only 60 calories. And of course a bag of Popchips for 100.

Most Costco's carry a brand called Blue Ginger that makes a brown rice chip. You get 33 chips for 110 calories and they are the size of a tostitos round. I love them and will never go back to corn chips!

I'm in the same boat. Try to work a teaspoon of cinnamon in your day, it's supposed to help level your blood sugar. I also went to a vitamin shop and they pointed me toward chromax chromium. I feel like it helps reduce my cravings.

Dip them in hummus or they are great in salads and stir-fry.

I bought a Polder from Costco for $20. Not sure if it's still in store but it might be online. I like it a lot.

I like a natural boost so I take cayenne supplements and try to work in a teaspoon of cinnamon a day. Both are said to increase metabolism.

Don Lee veggie burgers, celsius, fage yogurt, Natures Path flax cereal and I just bought new zucchini souffles by garden lites that look awesome! I hate how the food court has nothing but crap though, and don't look up the calories for anything in the bakery... you'll cry!
