I just got mine today ans excited to do it. I have lower back problems and just couldn't continue doing my T25. So hopefully this will help me and get results as well in my strength. Do you know how much calories it burns?

Hey, I'm doing my tough mudder next month in So Cal running springs! How did not get your HRM for not getting wet??? Any mire advice besides those u just wrote? Did u train for your mudder? I'm just doing Insanity and Kettle Bell training ... is that good enough? I know they say its a lit of upper strength! !! Thax

Awesome!!!!! You look great!!! I can't wait for my Tough Mudder in July in So Cal!!!! It's going to be tough and fun, but I know I can do it just like u......duct tape? Must do that for my shoes too then. Does that help staying on?
