Work Calories???
I have a friend thats counting her work calories! I like to know if that counts as a burn or just your normal day? I took my HRM to work just to see how much I burn and I was surprise that I burn bout 530 in 3 hours!!!! To me I wouldn't count them because its what I do every day. Sho what do you guys say bout it?
