What exercise are good for your back?

Hi I like to try different back exercise to get my trouble spot!!! My trouble spot is lower shudder where my bra goes around!!!! Did I explain it right? LOL I have extra flab back there so can anyone know of any good exercise for that part of my back?

You can't target fat reduction through strength exercise. Cardio will help you shed the fat off, strength training is to make your muscles stronger and larger. So I'd say get on a bike or do some running is your best bet!(or anything considered cardio exercise)0

I agree with the above. You can also add in exercises for the upper body to build muscle in that area. Dumbbell rows, lateral pulls and others can help build muscle.0
