Yes does anyone know why I burn one day more then the next day? I have an HRM and today I did the same workout like yesturday and it read less today......I'm not sure why so can anyone tell me why? Is that normal and my body is getting use to it? Not understanding it?

Maybe you're intensity was different? How much of a differnece did you see? I usually go on the elliptical and the calorie burn varies..a little.

I have this happen - do you watch your heart rate while you work out?

I find some days I am doing more or less the same activity, but the level of intensity just isn't there. I'm tired or something. So if I don't keep an eye on my heartrate, I will actually start going really slow without realizing it. Yesterday I had such a hard time keeping myself moving at a good intensity that I just came home and did a different workout - something that forced me to keep up with it so I couldn't naturally slow down.

So yeah this is normal - if you don't push yourself as hard and your HR doesnt' get up there, your HRM will record fewer calories burned.
