ok..I had lost 8 # counting calories, using a scale to weigh food, walking etc..Then went 2 months and lost nada! Im over 40. Someone suggested a fat burner from GNC and I started losing again 5 # in 2 weeks.

no why dont you produce a scientific article that states encouraging a woman over 165 lbs and exercising that eating 800 calories a day is healthy and that yes you will probably lose weight but show where it states you will keep that weight off for an extended period of time. Im sorry I disagree..Just because you showed me one article doesnt make it true..I was simply giving my opinion of years of trying to lose weight what finally worked for me..I dont think eating 800 calories a day and exercise is effective or healthy and I was simply saying up your calories to a minimum level of 1200 not…

yes you may be right about the high calorie..but I was just following what the book and trainer said to do..I was aware not to eat too many nuts, avacado pb etc and use portion control but something definately was not right..the beans I believe were the culprit but if they are then the diet has a flaw! +what I was referring to is that by eating only 800 calories a day..which is clearly not enough your body might be holding on ..its in starvation mode so even by increasing to 1200 calories a day may help...of course you need a defecit to lose but when I was exercising and burning 600 calories a day...and led an active…

you do not count calories..the basics is veggies every meal, beans, meats, fish, no fruit no sugar, no dairy, no alcohol, no carbs but you can have a cheat day every week...so I ate lots of beans to keep full, meats, tomatos and avacados are ok although fruit, olive oil is ok, hummus, organic peanut butter, eggs,…

when I wasnt eating enough calories I stopped losing weight too...eat more calories to lose..change up your exercise

last month I wasn't really eating them back hoping I could lose faster but that didn't work.. I went 22 days..working out, and eating right and didn't lose anything...I talked this over with a trainer and he said I should eat them back. ok I opened my food diary..there are a lot of blanks..I have been tracking but sometimes while at work I am half tracking thru paper half on here but my caloric intake has been 1200-1400. I am not always adding back calories from when I work out..
