Goal reached 162 pounds lost (w pic) new goal

So its just shy of 11 months and I hit my goal. Now I am lowering the goal to 190 pounds as I think that is a good healthy body weight for me. 320 days in a row of tracking here is paying off. Dont give up. Take it one day at a time. Afer losing 100 pounds I stared a 5 x 5 strength training program and its helping keep lean mass and avoiding loose skin.

This means you lost an average of 3.5 pounds each week. Very impressive. I am motivated. Can you please share how you developed your diet and exercise. I am currently 316 pounds and looking to drop to 190 pounds.

I used MFP and then adjusted my daily calorie intake to 1600 cals a day. Mostly its due to working out 10 hours a week. 2 days a week of cardio and 4 days a week lifting heavy weights.

great stuff, also using the 5x5 programme only im in week 5 right now and only the OHP is hard. I started at 40-50% of my

Going to add light cardio on lift days.
