Missed yesterday Today, 8/21/14 - 7 miles cycling

8/18/14-8 miles cycling 8/19/14-2.5 miles walking/running So that means 63 miles to get to goal.

OMG, I'm so far behind my goal. Over the weekend I walked 4.5 miles (2.25 on 8/16 and 2.25 on 8/17), so I still have 73.5 miles to go. Seriously need some motivation (and a shorter work day would be nice) to catch up as best I can.

This weekend: 8/9: Walked 2 miles on the beach 8/10: Kayaked 5 miles I think that makes it 22 miles so far this month, so its 78 miles to go. I'm also testing my ticker, which (hopefully) is below:

Today I finally got some mileage in with a 10 mile bike ride. :smile:

Wow! Everybody's doing really well so far. As for myself, not so much. I'm getting off to a slow start, with only 2.5 mile walks on 8/4/14 and 8/2/14. I plan on going for a bike ride tomorrow, so hopefully I'll get some much needed mileage. So it's 5 miles down, 95 to go for the month. -Kelly
