  • I would agree with twheelhouse, while I do eat more when I work out. I don't eat all my workout cals.
  • Hello and welcome. I try to stay around1700-1800 total cal. per day. Just remember the more you work out the more you get to eat. :)...I work out alot. I try to average 800 to 1000 cal burn in exercise each day. Sundays are my rest day and Saturdays are my free eating day. Good luck in your goals. :)
  • I workout Monday through Saturday for 1 hour and 15-30 min per day. I spend the first 30 min weight lifting and the last 45-60min doing cardio. I wear a heart rate monitor for all my workouts to log calories, heart rate and time. I think i'm getting addicted to it. I have not missed a day, sense November 8th.

  • In the last couple of weeks I have tried to eat more iron rich foods, increase my water intake and i'm taking a multi-vitamin w/iron each morning. the dizziness has gone away. Thank you for all your comments and suggestions.

  • If you check into a different gym. Mine is open 24/7. Every club in my area has some sort of discount for different health insurance companies, like the one my school district uses. Some offer discounts for educators. So make sure you ask about it. Good luck.
