I aways judge my progress by how my clothes fit, I bet you have a much easier time getting your pants fastened? Dieting is short term and while the results may come quickly, they go quickly as well. Being fit is about life changes and take longer but the long term results will be worth it. Stick with it!

I was a bit nervous myself at first, so I asked the guys lifting for some advise. They were happy to help, recommend exercises, correct weight for me, number of reps etc. They still check in on me when they see me in the gym :). Sometimes you just have to ask.
