My body don't like me working out in the morning. I work out in the evenings.

Congrats on your weight lose :) Pain can be associated with restless leg syndrome. I have a very mild form of it but mine is more of the action of my legs not being comfortable so I can't stop moving them.

I use MFP everyday to track my protein. You can adjust it to what your nutritional needs are. I also use it for support!

I'm 4 1/2 months out and eat 3 regular meals that consist of about 3 - 3.5 oz. I also have a protein shake and my calories are between 800 - 900. My protein is between 75 - 100.

This is a great thread! No more peeing when I sneeze, laugh, cry, or excersice No more shopping in the fat people section in the store (aka the full figure section) No more hives I have a collarbone!

It really depends on how I feel that day. Most of the time I use some of my calories I earn from exercise.

Here's my staples: Oatmeal with fruit or 1 tbsp pb and 1 tbsp sf hot cocoa Lite English Muffin with 1 tbsp pb and 1 tbsp sf jelly Eas Low Carb Protein Shake

I do a mix up of both regular and diet foods. I mostly stick to regular foods and fit it into my diet.
