This was my initial goal. My focus has changed from being "skinny" to being lean and strong. When I get towards 125 I just don't look/feel as good.0 -
Height: 5'5"
SW: 206.8 lbs (10/1/12)
GW: 132.4 lbs (9/30/13)
CW 131.4 lbs (2/2/15)
Some pics in profile, but never did dedicated progress photos.0 -
Height 5'4"
SW - 175 (6 weeks postpartum, highest pregnancy weight was 200)
CW - 149.6
GW - 135
I've fluctuated between 125-150 for years, I look and feel the best at 135.0 -
Height = 5'6"
SW - 224.4 - 47% Body Fat (yikes) (post partum baby weight), baby was born a year ago and just now feeling ready.
CW - 213.8 - 43 % Body Fat (not bad for 6 weeks!)
GW - 165-175 - 20-25% body fat. May readjust later if I feel like I need to lose more
I have a large frame and look pretty thin in the 160's (although that was without weight training). With MFP and an exercise program built for me by my personal trainer, I am hoping to look lean and rock a bikini by September for family vacation!0 -
Height 5'4"
SW-163 (I have been as high as 178 though)
CW-Between 136-139
GW-130 absolute lowest.
I'm trying a body recomp now. The scale read 136 last week but is up a few pounds as I'm inching toward maintenance calories. I don't expect to see the scale to move anymore, but am hoping for changes in my physique.0 -
5'5, age 31
SW 143 (1/1/2015)
CW 137 (2/2/2015, last time weighed in)
GW 127
I've found very good "luck" with using iifym for eating. I tried just counting calories last year (I'd do 1300cal/day + adding back exercise ones, as MFP suggested), and saw no results. First of the year I started iifym (1600cal/day always) & track in MFP and have seen great results, 1pound/week! Highly recommend iifym!!!

SW 195
CW 164
GW ~140-145
The lowest weight I was at post-babies was 155 and I was feeling pretty happy there. I was in size 8 jeans/dress pants, size 6-8 dresses and medium tops. However, I was still a little lumpier than I'd like to have been so I think that extra 10-15 lbs and some strength training/toning should do the trick.
I would look way too thin now being my high school weight of 125.0 -
I'm 5'4 and my before an current pic is to the left. I've been on this journey since summer.
SW: 217
CW: 157
GW: 135
Btw, you can add me as a friend.0 -
I'm 5'5, age 40, starting weight was 161. My original goal was 129, but I'm now at 121, and very happy with this weight.

5'6", 41 years old.
SW: 229 (in 2013)
CW: 181.4 (Down 47 lbs and counting...)
GW: 135-140-ish
The lowest I have been in the past 18 years is about 137, and it felt pretty good. (Maintained that weight for about a year before it started creeping up again.) I will re-evaluate when I get closer to goal.
When I was 229lbs I avoided pictures like the plague, and these are still shots from a video since those are the only "before" pics I could find:
In progress now... Finally getting my thyroid levels under control, and eating low-carb/high-protein has been helping.

Age 56. Height 5'7
SW. 183
CW. 138
GW. 136
Original goal 143. But feel better in the 130 range.0 -
I'm 5'4". The slimmest I've ever been was 125 lbs when I was 16 years old. I have large breasts (was a 32 DD) and at that weight I had no bum or hips and looked out of proportion, too top heavy. Now at 38 years old I'm aiming for 170 lbs because that's where I still have nice curves, but also feel healthy and fit, and have a BMI below 30. I started at 295 lbs, have lost 4.5 lbs since Jan 22nd, and have a LONG way to go just to get there!0

28 years old, 5ft 5.
SW: 161
CW: 150
GW: currently 139 but will re-evaluate when I get there.
I am trying not to focus on the scale weight and if I look fit but weigh more, I will still be happy (hopefully).0 -
Hi all!
I'm 32 and 5'3 (and a half!! Lol)
SW: 168 (boooo)
CW: 163
GW: 125ish (will see when I get there)
My photo is a lie! That's back last summer when I weighed around 150 and was working out. I'm a very bloated version of that currently.
PS: I need some Friends, y'all! Be my friend! I have candy! (That we can stay away from)0 -

Thank you, losethewt! Lots and lots of running. It sucks, but I'd rather run and still be able to eat doughnuts and drink milkshakes My diet hasn't changed much, which I'm working on now.... sort of. lol0 -
5'4 ish started this January
I did not expect results, my habit is quitting early on. So only photos are the bad ones in my profile.
SW 150lbs
CW 140lbs
GW 135 at moment, although if I keep on track will switch to a goal of 125.
The 10lbs I lost came from my waist though so I am down a pant size and people keep thinking I've lost a lot more. That is nice to hear, but I'm still far from where I want to be.0 -
