I'm 5'4". starting weight was 209, currently I am 154. I have lost 55 pounds. My waist used to be 37, and now is about 28". I lost an average of about 6" on my thighs, hips, bust, belly button, and rib cage.

I'm 5'6", 29 years old. 5 months in, 44 lbs difference, and gone from a size 20 to size 12.
January 30, 2014 SW 242 to June 30, 2014 CW 198, and just over halfway to my original goal (which I'm sure will change as I get closer to it).

I reached my first goal of 100 lbs gone as of 6/27/14 now weighing 199 :-) It took a little over a year. My next goal is 40-50 more lbs. I've been having issues posting pics using the tutorial so I hope this works...

I am 5' 11" and I am hoping to get down to 165. Not too fixated on the number on the scale. I am a die hard cardio fan, but just started lifting about a month ago and hoping for better results.

Hi there! I'm 5'1" 26 y/o and I began my healthy life journey 1/1/14.
SW - 150+ (hid from scales, but highest reading I ever had was 150)
CW - 127
GW - 115
I've been at 127 for about a month or so and have been focusing on lifting (currently beginning phase 2 of Jamie Eason's LiveFit). I'm honestly totally happy with my progress so far and wouldn't be unhappy if I stay here. Either way I'm in the best shape I've ever been and I feel happier.

Thanks, man. The progress was slow, over three years as I had to very slowly get my lifting strength back.
