Count me in!! I have 6 lbs to go to reach my first goal (which I set WAY too high!) Then I only want to lose 5 more for my final goal. 11 lbs to go total!

60 minutes of circuit training at least 3 times per week log all my food stay as close to 1200 calories as I can cut back my carbohydrates lose 1lb per week (hopefully) stay motivated

I have not previously heard of this medication but have taken similar ones. If you are still experiencing these side effects after two weeks and they are not subsiding, I would definitely talk with your pharmacist AND report this to your doctor no matter what the pharmacist says. Side effects usually go away in a few days.…

I am still with you even though I have had a severe knee injury for a month. I am still losing weight, however I noticed that I am gaining some of my inches back. I still want to lose 11 more lbs. I originally set my goal at 18 pounds. Then I decided to change it to twenty when I joined this group. I now have 9 pounds to go. I have a severe knee injury at this time. Therefore my weight loss is slowing. I am trying to make the most of the exercise I do get and burn as many calories as possible. I am not giving up!!

I lost weight rapidly due to sickness and ended up with loose skin especially in the middle and on my arms. I could not do strength training and now I wonder if it is too late for me. Thanks so much for saying this. I agree. I am eating on most days very healthy choice up until the last few days. Lots of veggies and lean protein. I felt great. I like white bread also and it can be hard to switch to whole wheat. I have seen lite white bread in some stores that have reduced calories. I do my best to log bad days so that I can look back at them and ask myself if it is worth doing this very often.. Nothing wrong with an occasional splurge...We need them to keep our motivation up!!

As I said, I sometimes weigh less on a day that is not weigh-in day. Saturday I was down another pound but this morning the pound was back. I will wait until this pound is gone for good before I track my progress again. I just want to make sure it was real weight loss and not just water!!

I will be glad to be a member of this group. Sorry to hear that you were injured so badly and that it took so long for you to recover. I joined in April. So far it is working for me and I even like tracking my food and exercise which I thought would be too much hard work. MFP makes this easy for you.
