Strange, we can use our DL as Indentification as it has a picture DOB etc lol funny how different places work in different ways !

I used to have SP ! I did like it but very small database not many foods I used to eat very confusing and very clicky and competitive sometimes !! But welcome I love MFP and sure you will too ! xx

I am having to split the 15 minutes up I did 5 minutes and was knackered just goes to show but got some other things planned for today as well so I should get plenty of exercise in today !

I will be doing my crunches later on this evening ! But I am going to be doing 30mins cardio/strength training Everyone is doing fab :D

Well I will be having a walk to work which is around 10mins then I think I might do 20 Jump rope as I did some yesterday and really enjoyed it I may be going out for a walk though so all this could change but I'm for sure going to fit it in Well done everyone :)

I did it I did :) I hate jumping jacks but did 50 straight off no break and they werent at bad as I remeber !
