Hi All !
I have currently lost 23lbs and finally starting to notice my belly is going down etc,
Although I am in this journey for the long run learning about myself food and fitness I need some advice !?
I go to Ibiza in 5-6 weeks time, I have bought a bikini etc and would like to see my ab's and thighs a little more toned, I am not asking for miracles as I am willing to put in the work
Any contructive feedback would be great TY !

Congrats on the progress so far.
About abs: everyone has them, they are just added under body fat. Women start seeing abs around 14-18% body fat. To better sculpt them, I suggest doing weighted ab exercises.0 -
Thank you !
Like I said I am not asking to be reallt trim and firm just a little something lol Thanks for taking the time to reply x :flowerforyou:0 -

No problem.
You may also want to add some weight training or circuit training to your routine (if you haven't already), they really help you tone your muscle while losing the body fat.
You can look up circuit training video for women on youtube, they have helped my roommates in the past.
Good luck and have fun on your trip!0 -
Aw thank you for your great advice ! I will be sure to look that up !!0

I did P90X Ab Ripper X for the first time about two weeks ago and have done it 6-7 times and already notice a difference! Only 15 minutes and I love it

Recently, I stumbled across Debbie Siebers Slim in 6: 6 Pack and it's definitely a good workout for your abs as well, and only 12 minutes long!

A workout that I have used and swear by, is actually one for chest, back, and abs. Omitting chest and back is easy enough, skip the pushups, but do try to add some other cardio to maintain pulse rate.
This is the goal number, do as many as you can though.
50 double crunches (lay on back, bring legs in, while crunching upper body up)
40 pushups
25 4-count flutter kicks (scissor kicks, count as they move up and down, 4=1)
25 bicycles, forward and backward (in a v position with back and legs off the floor, using hands for balance, or hands up for tougher workout, pedal like you're riding a bike. 1 rotation = 1)
30 push ups
50 butterfly crunches (legs in "butterfly stance", feet together, pulled close to groin, crunch up with your arms down reaching towards your feet)
20 diamond pushups
25 V-Ups (jack knives, from supine position, arms extended above head, bring upper and lower body upwards to form a "V")
10 4 count one leg push ups (Start in pushup position, as you bring body down, lift left leg, body up, leg down, body down, right leg up=1 rep)
Just doing the ab portion should help work all the different groups of abdominal muscles. Just make sure to maintain a healthy diet as well, of course!

I've done both of these programs, and I felt like I got more out of (and still do) Slim & 6-Pack. I really, really like it. The regular Slim in 6 workout will do good stuff for your legs too. They don't call Debbie Siebers the Squat Nazi for nothing.0
