I have blood pressure problems. I lost 37 lbs and thought that would fix it, as I am at my goal weight. But it didnt, I have strong hereditary vascular problems in my family. I still have to take meds. Im 5'5" and 136 and I exercise every other day. Really wanted to get off meds, but it just wasnt gonna happen....good luck!

yes...I use mine for yard work ...work outs...anytime I do exercise that is not in my ordinary day.

Thanks...mine said water resistant per instructions...but there was still some doubt. I did read you are not supposed to push buttons. I just wanted to hear if other people did it to ease my fears. Thanks all gonna try it this week.:bigsmile:

I tried both. Immediatly increased and gained weight and was very upset. So then I freaked and went back to deficit, then I increased a little at a time. I still gained but not so fast and eventually am staying steady at the weight I want. It took a while for my body to say ok to it though.

When I first started I couldnt go for more than 5 min. I did that for a week then next week I did 10 min. and continued to bump up the up coming weeks till I could go for a while. I now do 45 min or more on it.

Im 5' 5 , I started out at 167 and now am at 136. I would love to lose another 5 lbs but my body seems very content to just stay here. So I am just maintaning and now toning up. Toning up has really made a big difference!!

Ive been really sore in my legs but a good sore. Where did you find your dvd's, on line or in stores. I am going out today to find one. Im going to check best buy. The cd that came with the set I bought is just showing moves that can be made but not a routine. Have you seen results in muscle or weight loss or both? Thanks

Dont know about you gals but....when I work out on the cybex then go and do the circut, I leave a wet spot on the seat from the sweat! Dont worry, I always wipe the machine when finished. But going commando would be even worse!!! Sorry if this sounds icky...lol

Made me sweat! I exaggerated my moves a little. But she does a warm up and at the end a cool down. I enjoy it and it goes by really fast! In one part of the video she uses weights held in the hands and in another section she uses the stretchy band(which came with the cd). You should really try it. I never thought a cd…

I got the Walk Away Pounds. Easy on the knees and still works up a sweat. Just did the one mile today and it went by soooo fast!!
