the UFC trainer will tell you an approx. on your calories burned based on score on each exercise and your weight. And I think you can turn on calorie counts on zumba.

i really like the biggest loser dvds! tae bo is great for a really good cardio burn. and when i just wanna dance...i do some sweatin' to the oldies with richard simmons (although i may burn more from laughing during that one!)

you can figure up the exact calories in each serving of your homemade pasta salad if you enter all your ingredients in the recipe tool under the food tab!

i'm a vegetarian too. i like carrots and hummus or hummus and pretzel crisps. or a cup of yogurt. especially if it's one of those 80 calorie cups. the one's i get at kroger are carbmaster and have like 12 grams of protein!

as far as the surgical options go. if you were to get bypass surgery and continue to eat the chocolate you would actually loose muscle and gain more fat.

log the chocolate. log everything you eat. do it accurately and then at the end of the day analyze what you could have done differently. it takes a lot of will power to make yourself put down the chocolate but it is possible. also, it might help if you remove all of the chocolate from your house and don't go near it in…

it may be because you are not consuming enough calories. at under 1200 calories your body goes into starvation mode and actually tries to hang on to the pounds.

i would love to do this challenge with you! please send me the schedule. i have the cardio max, boot camp, and weight loss yoga. plus bob harper's strength video and tae bo. i'm sure i can substitute some of those for the ones you are using! i've lost 60, but i'd really like to lose 20 or 30 more by christmas!

i've been really terrible this week when it comes to doing actual exercise routines! i have, however, done lots of walking/cleaning/moving types of activities! that counts for something right?!? 400+ minutes by my MFP count!

monday: packed and moved boxes for 8 hours...i counted it as 2 hours of moving boxes in my diary b/c i figured that's about what it evened out to. tuesday: went shopping for 4 hours...does that walking count? i don't really think so... wednesday: didn't get up early enough to work out...but it sure felt good to sleep in!…

decided to do biggest loser cardio max instead. only had time to do level one but it put me at 383 minutes for the week! i think that's the most working out i've ever done in a single week! thanks for all the motivation guys!

88 minutes of tae bo today got me most of the way there! i need a mere 7 minutes tomorrow, and i'm planning to do 50 minutes of richard simmons part off the pounds!

i'm in! when you break it down that's only 50 minutes a day, totally attainable! so far i've done 160 minutes this week! that leaves 200 by sunday! i can totally do this!

the cardio max dvd is the first in the series that i purchased and it is probably my favorite. my friends and i have all of the biggest loser dvd series except for the power sculpt one. we rotate the videos so that we don't get bored or too use to any one workout. i'm always sore after cardio max!
