    Sunday- 36 min of Push Circuit 3
    Monday- 45 min of Cardio Party 2, 20 min of Ab Jam, 26 min of Burn It Off!, & 20 min of Recharge
    Tuesday- Day off!
    Wednesday- 35 min Push Circuit 1
    Thursday- 30 min of Fat Blaster

    Total: 212 min

    Remaining: 148 min

    Planning on hiking to hot springs on Saturday, gonna be so fun and great exercise. I might see if Sunday my hubby will take me hiking to these caves that are by our house. We'll see...

    Monday 30 min heavy cleaning
    Tuesday 180 minutes, cutting fruit, cooking and canning! Made 3 different jams!
    Wednesday nothing
    Thursday 62 min zumba toning, boy have I missed it!!

    -- not bad considering we got hit by a car Saturday nite while out riding our tandem. We're ok but the tandem is in the shop.

    Boy, I am a workout loser this week...give me the dunce cap in the corner

    Monday, 12 hour shift working
    Tuesday, Let's see....walked around the casino, walked to the bar...no jumping with excitement for winning
    Wednesday...hungover, got home at 2 in the afternoon, daughter got in accident and went to check it out...afterwards, dairy queen...do you burn calories licking a cone???
    Thursday, sat on a pontoon boat for the afternoon
    Friday, called in sick to work 'cause I think I have strep and feel weak all over

    0/360 minutes burned this week....I need to seriously step it up next week

    tuesday: 30 minutes elliptical, 10 minutes weights, 55 minute walk, 70 minute walk
    wednesday: 35 minute run
    total so far: 240 minutes, 120 minutes to go :)
    i am starting to try to train for a half marathon this week so i need to step up my running and my boyfriend and i are waiting to hear about a job for him that could potentially change life for the better...so i have a feeling i am going to go workout crazy until we hear news to try to keep the stress level down and keep my brain from running at like a million miles a minute!!! :)

    Good luck with the training...I bet you will be awesome...also, hope he gets the job

    So Far: 270 min
    Remaining: 90 min

    Last night I did P90X since it was my day off from Chalean. When I did P90X before the HRM that I used didn't work the best at times and i hardly ever wore it, so last night was the first time I've done Kenpo with a HRM on. I burned over 500 calories! I didn't think I burned that many calories doing Kenpo!!

    i've been really terrible this week when it comes to doing actual exercise routines!

    i have, however, done lots of walking/cleaning/moving types of activities! that counts for something right?!? 400+ minutes by my MFP count!

    I am really proud of everyone who STUCK with it...IT'S HARD TO DO

    I am going to be starting the August link for tomorrow this afternoon

    I am taking a poll:

    1) Continue with the 360 minutes/week challenge
    2) Set the challenge to be 2500 calorie burn for the week (use HRM or MFP for calculations)...2500 calories would be 5 1-hour intense workouts

    Or, do you just want to set your own goal of the two...let me know your vote

    New thread for August...this month you have two options:

    1) Move and shake it for 360 minutes a week ...so, put down that mouse and get going
    2) Burn 2500 calories with a HRM

    Who's up for this challenge? We go from Monday to Sunday

    Walk a dog...If you don't have a dog, borrow one....plant a garden or weed someone elses...put down those car keys and ride a bike...start a new sport...let's get going
