Who's up for this challenge? We go from Monday to Sunday
Walk a dog, borrow a dog....plant a garden...put down those car keys and ride a bike...start a new sport...let's get going
Monday, drank beer and boiled in a hot tub (boiling doesn't count, I'm sure)
Tuesday, worked 12 hour shift
I'm in trouble and gotta step it up....
Ok, I just found this challenge and I totally love love it. I think this is great. I am also part of the 30 Day Shred thread thats on here as well. I hope its not too late to join you guys. Let me know please and thanks in advance!:bigsmile:

Here are this weeks "stats":
Monday: biked 30 mins, jogged 30 mins
Tuesday: hmmm...took off on a boating trip...nada.
Wednesday: Drank mojitos, boated, and swam for 30 minutes
Thurday: Biked for 30 minutes
Friday: Biked for 30 minutes, pilates for 30 minutes
Saturday: Biked for 30 minutes, pilates for 30 minutes, and cardio strip-teased :blushing: for 60 minutes
Sunday (so far): biked for 15 minutes, have 15 minutes more to go on my commute home from work, and am planning to jog for at least 30 minutes at home.
LOL right at 360 if (when) I finish today's exercise. That was lucky.0 -
My starting weight 215 pounds
I am 5 feet 4 inches tall
and my goal weight is 140.
Right now though my short term goal is to get unde 200
to be at least 195 pounds by September 1st, 20100 -

Well, good luck. Hopefully this week will be a great one for the both of us. I am going to work out as much as I can and with the greatest intensity that I am capable of. I worked out 451 minutes this week plus 45 minute Yoga class. I am excited that I am able to beat myself from last weeks 449 minutes. My goal for 3rd week is to beat 451 minutes. I will try my best.

*Saturday-nothing :-/ I did clean for like an hour but I didn't do a full on work out so I'm not counting it...

480 altogether!! yay!!! My food intake the past few days has been AWFUL!!! (still under in calories but so bad in general!!) This week will be better for everything!! :-) Hope y'all had a good week!!! Love this challenge!!!!0 -
