  • I don't know about milkshakes, but I makes fruit smoothies every so often. You can get bags of frozen fruit that are specific for smoothie mixes, or I have found a few recipes on Better Homes and Gardens website.
  • Didn't notice if anyone else suggested this or not, but I do KettleWorx workouts. I also mix in different types of Yog and Pilates, mainly by Gaiam.
  • I would highly recommend KettleWorx. Even though I am new to MFP, I have been doing the KettleWorx workouts for the last month and half. I have actually been able to build up muscles while at the same time loosing fat. For me it has been a slow process, but I do see results.
