I get through the workouts about twice through each time. I feel so guilty now... :(

I've been doing it and am currently on week 7. What I've found (though I'm not sure if this has happened for everyone) it has a pretty low calorie burn. About 200 calories max. Maybe this is because I've done Insanity before?

I'm not having too much trouble sticking to it, more like I have trouble actually hitting the 1200 calorie allowance. No matter what I happen to eat throughout the day it barely exceeds 1000 calories.
