  • You should probably use capital letters and apostrophes more consistently in a post that corrects people's grammar. LOLOL *I'm. *Don't. *Someone's... thought that should be 'somebody's' *'I' as in 'I', 'I'm' etc. should be a capital and so should the start of a new sentence.
  • Well done :D Those first few pounds can be a pain. Keep it up and good luck with your weight loss <3
  • People set goals that seem reachable and maybe once they reach it they can set a new one, and so forth. But overweight people are usually insecure so often put down the lean athletic frame as a defence mechanism. If they make out that they don't want to be skinny/lean... then that gives them the excuse to not be. There is…
  • That... I am not a real sorcerer. :( Sadly.
  • Hey! I'm not replying to give any diet plans or advise but just to say hello because I do ballet lessons (no where near good enough to say 'I am a Ballerina' haha) and I am a vegan! I was vegetarian for 10 years and then this summer took the step into vegan so I thought there's two things we have in common. And a third...…
  • I try to keep to 120 calories. Sometimes I am lower, sometimes over... but it all depends on exercise. Calories are easily and quickly taken up, a cup of tea and a few biscuits and you're nearly half way through your allowance!! It's upsetting haha. But I exercise a lot. I aim to burn an average of 750 calories a day, but…
  • Some people over-eat and feel that cutting back is too hard, so they convince people that it is a choice and they enjoy life that way, but they can never convince themselves. When people have made a choice to cut back and change their life for the better, particularly those close to them, these people see before their eyes…
  • I agree. It really annoys me that they boast and credit their obesities. I am all for loving who you are and I know that we are all built differently but nobody is born to be obese. It's mean to slim people sometimes because they mock people who watch what they eat and who maybe have small hips and say they're not real…
  • I think that everybody should be conscious of their carbon footprint regardless of whether they're vegetarian or not because that's something that affects the plant and all species living on it. (I hope that didn't sound argumentative because I am agreeing :D) To reply to the post: I think vegetarians who still eat dairy…
  • A lot of vegetarians don't use products that have been tested on animals or use things like leather and fur for the same reason as not eating the meat. Plants do not have a nervous system (brain) or conscious thought in any way what so ever so their 'goal' , if you will, to reproduce is complete by the time they are…
  • Fruits and vegetables are delicious. And there are so many of them that you can guarantee there will be something that you like. They're juicy and sweet and they don't make you feel horrible and greasy afterwards; they make you feel refreshed and healthy. Don't do the juicing thing, just start by trying to incorporate you…
