  • You're probably doing much better than you think! But how about repeating some of the runs or even a week? It's much more gruelling than the c25k programme, I'm trying to make it my target to do it three times a week, but I seem to have averaged twice a week, but I can live with that!

  • I have a very small chest and I tried doing c25k not wearing a sports bra.....BIG mistake! The next day, not only did my chest hurt, but I couldn't lift my arms above my shoulders, so my advice is a good sports bra is defo worth it!

  • As a runner newbie (started c25k in September, progressed to b210k), I have just signed up for my first 10k run in march. Looking into another one around the same time. I'm considering starting one of Hal higdon's 1/2 marathon programmes, then...who knows?
