I'm in! The only exercise I currently get, is through walking. I'm studying abroad and I get of the bus one or two stops earlier and try to do short distances by foot. I have a goal for 2012 to walk 4km (2,5 miles if I calculated correctly) each day and so far so good! When I don't get the 4km one day, I have to do extra km's some other day. I track everything with my smartphone, really easy to see how many km I did and how many minutes it took.
So here it goes!
01-01 18 min (this day didn't 'count' because I was a bit sick, because I've been partying too much the night before... oops)
02-01: 65 min
03-01: 58 min
04-01: 73 min
total so far: 214 min
