    HOW TO ADD BMI OR EXERCISE TICKER:
    This ticker was manually pasted in from the [url=http://www.TrickerFactory.com/weight-loss ticker that I created.

    I have read quite a few of the posts asking for how to do this with a signature. The answer is that the functionality is no longer available on MFP.

    I like being able to track all aspects of my goals, so I will figure out a way to track it somewhere else.
