    2nd Jan: 75mins at gym (30mins cardio/45mins weights). 30mins Just Dance 3 with my daughter. Total = 105mins

    1/1 - 30 min (brisk walking)
    1/2 - 60 min (pushing daughter in stroller for 30 min, Jillian video for 30 min) (90 min total)
