01-03 - 19 Miles - 94 Minutes - 2009 Calories - 32 degrees. Sunny. 10 to 15 MPH head winds out; then 10 to 15 MPH tail winds back.
01-04 - 18 Miles - 96 Minutes - 1760 Calories - 44 Degrees. Sunny. Same winds as yesterday. Took it easy.
01-05 - 21 Miles - 105 Minutes - 1953 Calories - 54 Degrees. Sunny. Strong headwinds for half the ride.

I know it's the 5th, but I'd like to join. Not sure of exact minutes so far, so I'll start recording tomorrow. Since 1000 minutes in 31 days works out to a little more than 30 minutes a day, I'll go for at least that. Thanks for the motivation!0
