Thanks for the info. I'm currently 81.5kgs and would like to lose 15kgs. I've read that mums that exclusively BF should aim for 1500 to 1800 cals per day and that anything lower could affect your supply. I've chosen to eat at the upper limit, partly because I'm ravenous. It's awesome to see so many Kiwis on here! I'm new to MFP, been doing it for nearly 2 weeks. I'm finding it addictive logging all my cals for the day.
