Hey there! I had my first baby nearly 8 weeks ago and I'm looking for some support buddies who are working to lose their baby bellies. I've set my daily cal allowance to 1800 and log BF as exercise that burns 450 cals. Does this sound about right? Thanks

It depends on where the 1800 number came from. If this is a number the site told you you need to eat to lose, then yes, eat there, and add breastfeeding as exercise.
If 1800 is your maintenance, then you should not be adding breastfeeding at all.0 -

Thanks for the info. I'm currently 81.5kgs and would like to lose 15kgs. I've read that mums that exclusively BF should aim for 1500 to 1800 cals per day and that anything lower could affect your supply. I've chosen to eat at the upper limit, partly because I'm ravenous. My diet is terrible full of sugary treats. I know I'll need to clean my diet up if I want to see a change
