So if I'm not hitting my fat goal everyday that's ok? I seem to be under on fat, over on protein and right on usually on carbs. Obviously I'm super new to this!

I did it and lost 17 pounds. I did not buy any Advocare products afterwards and have now lost 55 pounds. I did it probably four months ago. It really just jumpstarted things for me. Get an armband for your phone, most have a little slot for a key.

If you want to store it in the fridge put a little lime juice over the top then take a piece of saran wrap and press it down right into the top of the guac then cover with foil or put a lid on it. I just did the Run or Dye in Kansas City for my first ever 5K. We walked and ran about half and half, everyone was very supportive and there were all different fitness levels there.

A nutritionist told me once that anytime you eat either a meal or a snack it should have a protein and a good fat. You will not get positive feedback when posting on the forums about crash dieting or really any other way of losing then following a healthy eating plan and exercise. HCG is a quick fix. Lifestyle change, hard work, and dedication is not but it will last much longer. Good luck to you

Sometimes if I have been very good on the calories all day and have about 100 left I eat a cookie.....and I don't LOG it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Don't be afraid to tell them what you want!! I eat out a lot and if I've decided to stay on track I just tell the waitress I want a grilled, seasoned chicken breast with a steamed or grilled veggie. I have had PCOS nearly all my life and it does make it a bit harder to lose some weight. I use Orowheat whole wheat sandwich thinks and I LOVE them. Lately I have been spreading them with a wedge of Laughing Cow garden veggie cream cheese, turkey and a few avocado slices. I also eat them in the morning toasted with peanut butter and bananas on them.
