Feel free to add me. Been logging 141 days now and the last couple of weeks have been hell. I am feeling hungry all the time and have a way harder time with eating. I have lost about 45 and have 10-15 to go to get to a good weight. Seems like when I hit 145 my motivation was suddenly non-existent.

I am there too. I am 5'6" and have lost 35 so far, started at 190, have about 15 to go to get to my goal weight, although that number has already changed once so could change again. I have friends losing 13lbs a month, I barely pulled off 3. I find it really hard to stay motivated when the numbers are so slow to come down.…

My trigger foods are 1. Chips and Con Queso 2. Swedish Berries 3. Twizzlers I just cannot stop eating them until the bag is empty and then I feel ill for hours.
