I am 100% pro Turbo Jam! They have 1 or 2 girls modifying every high-impact move so you don't have to jump. I haven't done any jumping at all and still getting the results I want!

I have a Taylor, electronic. I have to step on it twice to get the correct weight, but once I do that it is equal to the scale at my doctor's office, which is also electronic.

yes, you are correct, the caffeine content in this drink mix isn't even half of what a cup of coffee is. I don't usually have a problem with my water intake, anyway, and I usually don't count all my fluids, i.e. if I drink a glass or milk or juice. I'll put it in there. Thanks both of you!

Thanks! :)

Keep exercising. Building muscle helps you burn your calories faster. You can do it! :)

There is already a deficit created in MFP's calorie goal, but I agree that it depends on you. It seems that if I eat all of mine back, I don't lose as fast as I want to, but I do try to eat some of them back, especially if I'm burnning 400 or more calories during my workout. I usually end up eating about 1500 calories a…

I watch calories and sodium the most. When doing that, I'm usually pretty close to my fat intake goal. I don't really pay attention to carbs, although I probably should. It seems if I overdo my sodium, even if I'm within my calorie range, I tend to gain weight, so I really try to stay within the sodium guidelines, in…

There is already a deficit built into your MFP calorie goals. If you aren't eating close to what they are recommending, your body will go into starvation mode and you may actually gain weight. Once here and there is not terrible, but if you do it too often the results will be the opposite of what you want. I try to leave…

I weigh myself every day, but only to keep myself in check so I know I'm not going totally overboard. I know, though, that there will be variations due to what I ate the day before or how little I exercised or water gain or whatever. The other thing I do is weigh myself at roughly the same time every day, give or take an…

My 2 scents includes the statement you made in parentheses about not eating. I tend to believe that now that you are eating, you are starting to gain back a little of the nutrition you lost. I do agree, though, that it could have to do with what you are eating, too. The other thing I noticed is you are exercising and only…

I have to remind myself of this daily. Thanks for reiterating what I have started to tell myself, too. :)

Thanks so much! I have a really hard time getting a workout of any kind in, and 20 minutes is almost "pushing the envelope." I do really like Turbo Sculpt but have only been able to do it a handful of times. I will see what I can do to work in more though, especially since the kids' school activities are coming to an end.…
