Bodymedia LINK or CORE questions
Does anyone out there use the Bodymedia LINK or CORE arm band? I'm looking for something to track all my exercise calories burned, not just a pedometer to track my steps. Does this do that? Do you like it? Any info you can provide is appreciated. Thanks!

How do you figure calories burned with 30-Day shred?
I'm going to start 30-day shred today, level 1. My question is, how do you count your calories burned? I don't have a HRM or any other equipment, nor can I afford it. Is there a standard "approximate" number available so I can gauge my needed calorie intake?

I have been trying to work in an abdominal routine along with my regular cardio routine. I use Turbo Jam workout videos, and their 20-minute Ab Jam is incredible!
