I don't have a recipe but I use the Krusteaz mix and it is pretty good. The natural honey is 140 calories per slice.

I cooked 4 pounds of ground beef lean with onions and garlic over the weekend. I froze it in one pound portions. This week we have had Korean Beef and Broccoli, Spaghetti, and Chili.

I tried a sample of a vegetarian "turkey" roast at Trader Joe's yesterday. It was a roll and had stuffing inside. I was not impressed. Interested in responses since I will be looking for an alternative for several vegetarian that will be joining our family Thanksgiving.

There is an interesting calculator on Fat2Fit Ratio Go to-All Calculators, then Goal Body Weight It will give BF% by age. According to this, I can weigh in the 140's and have a BF% of 23%. I don't think I could ever weigh 125 again.

I had bunion surgery on my left foot about 12 years ago. I wasn't dieting or working out at the time. It had gotten to the point where I could not wear any shoes without pain. The surgery was successful and not too painful. I think I wore a boot for about 3 weeks.

I have the Zip Fit Bit and love it. It motivates me to reach my weekly goals. I walk a lot during the day and do the treadmill for cardio. I currently do TDEE- 20%. Took me a while to figure out the numbers. I was trying to take the day calories-20% but now I just go by the monthly average-20%. The scale is moving in the…
