I've now lost 1 and a half stone, when I relax and start to eat more the weight soon starts to creep back, I find the only way to keep it off + I want to lose another stone - is to weigh myself each day and continue to be very strict with myself:ohwell:

I sometimes find that after losing weight steadily for a while my weight will suddenly shoot up 4 pounds + for no reason and then settle down again after a few days to what it was before. I think it's hormonal :happy:

I now found that having lost half a stone walking is a lot easier as my knees don't hurt so much, it's a great way to get exercise and doesn't cost anything - I also find gardening a good exercise to do and enjoy it!!!

good to read your comment about pressure on the knees, it's my knees that makes walking difficult but just the small amount I have already lost is making a difference.

I'm hoping I'll stick to a healthy eating, exercise plan now!! Success spurs me on, when I start gaining weight I tend to give up and then have to start again. Perseverance is what I need
