Welcome back OP! Wishing you success in developing habits which take care of YOU!!! What has helped me is fitting exercise into my routine rather than a seperate activity like going to the gym. For example walking part way to work, working out at lunchtime etc. Good luck.

Salmon baked in a foil parcel is great as a supper dish. I marinade the fish with garlic, chilli, soysauce. Then put into a parcel and seal sides. Bake for about 20 minutes. For the past 8 weeks i have been doing between 60 and 120 mins cardio a day 6 times a week, with some light strength training 2/3 times a week. Not sure whether this is too much or little. I follow 5:2 and have been losing 1 pound a week.
