I think it is fine to have a blow out everynow and then. Just pick yourself back up afterwards and get back on track! Dont give up just because you have a slip up. Good Luck.

No, excercise will use energy that should be going back into building up your defences. You will just end up lowering your immunity and getting poorly again.

Everyone is different. See what works best for you. If I run early before work I do not eat and I find it more of a struggle than if I run after work when I have eaten through out the day.

Mine is fish! I am having fish nearly every evening! My partner thinks he is going to grow gills! I love it and it is so healthy! It doesnt sound like the peanut butter is doing you any harm :)

Hello I guess everyones desires are different. Good luck. MFP is great as you will be able to monitor th econtent of all foods that you are eating. that might help you along the way.

Yes definatly. They reduce friction sores or any chaffing too. Which standard every day clothing will not do.

Maybe try a different excercise for example if you normally run go for a swim or even a long walk. Something less strenuious. An hour of walking works off over 200 calories and helps to clear the mind. I walk eveyday in my kunch break.

I just had a little handful but I am going for a four mile run after work so I will burn them off! I think they are quite high in calories.
