My Addiction.....

Since I seriously started on MFP in January 2011 decided I would not "diet but I would eat better and make better choices" and it has been an amazing journey so far, I have more energy, feel in better general health, am a lot fitter than I used to be and I have more confidence in myself.
On the other side I have developed an addiction.....to peanut butter, someone at my work had a jar of peanut butter I remember telling them that I hated peanut butter, they asked when I last tried it and I admited it was years ago so they lt me taste it, since then I am addicted! Everyday I have (a very controlled portion) organic NAS peanut butter for brekkie with some ryvita, the ryvita's occasionanally vary to give me variety and sometimes I throw caution to the wind and have a banana with it. I work a lot of early shifts at my work and since having peanut butter every day since January they tormented me about hmm I wonder what she's having today for breakfast. I have seen me when shopping thinking perhaps I could have a quorn bacon sandwich for breakfast tomorrow but tomorrow comes and I want Peanut Butter! I recently went on holiday and guess what I took with me?? Ryvita, Peanut Butter and my scales! I guess it must not be doing my much harm as it is always included in my daily allowance and I have lost 29lbs so far and dropped 2 dress sizes! My work now refers to my success as the Peanut Butter diet!
Does anyone else have any quirky addictions or habits since starting MFP??

Mine is fish! I am having fish nearly every evening! My partner thinks he is going to grow gills! I love it and it is so healthy! It doesnt sound like the peanut butter is doing you any harm0
