So I just started around a week or so ago with exercising and counting calories and I"ve been in it to win it, been doing what I"m supposed to and really pushing myself. The other night my husband noticed my eye was half way filled with blood. Anyone else have this happen to them. This is the first time, I don't have insurance but I can see fine and it doesn't hurt could it just be from the exercising?

sounds like a popped blood vessel to me.
if something strange happens to me, i usually google it. i don't have insurance either so i try to find out what's wrong just from google. WebMD is good for stuff like that. Good luck!
  • Probably burst some blood vessels from straining too hard. It will fade.

I do the same. Said from stress and what not I'm stressed ona normal basis so I"m just going to assume its from exercising lol or something else. I wasn't worried just wondered if anyone else has had it happened from working out

Stress in the medical world includes physical stress from increased activity. Obviously it wasnt painful or you would have noticed before half your eye was red. A popped blood vessel will heal on it own but pay attention to make sure its not spreading further or turning the other half of your eye pink, then you are risking infection

That actually happened to me when I changed my diet and activity level. My sister pointed it out at first and then I noticed it for a few days later. Eventually I stopped looking, but its not there anymore. So I really can't tell you when it will go away, but it will :)
