  • every time i start working out or even just running i usually gain about 7 lbs before i start loosing :( im pretty sure its muscle but its no fun seeing the numbers on the scale go up instead of down. go by how you feel and how your clothes fit more than what the scale says :)

  • my name is jenny im 27 today was my day one of insanity i ran 3 miles then came home and did it and boy was i sweaty and tired! i cant wait to see a difference! . how do you log your insanity workouts on myfitnesspal? or do you just leave them off?
  • hey! i work out at home at the apartment fitness center. i actually just started yesterday lol i start then stop then start but this time i wanna keep it up! its hard to find time with work and kids i usually go really late at night or my goal is to wake up and go at 530am but thats not easy for me :(
