Posting online helps keep me accountable too. The weather was nasty outside today so I did an indoor routine. Here it is https://youtu.be/TDi2ptF0mkQ

I'm still doing The Plan because if I eat the "food I like in appropriate amounts" it still causes inflammation in my body. I teach Spinning and love whitewater kayaking so I'm super interested in keeping my inflammation levels low in my body. If you can calorie count and be healthy, good for you. Some of us just don't…

Hi there. I'm committed to health and have been vlogging since 2011, using MFP to track food. I teach Spinning and Tabata Circuit at my local gym so always welcome fellow health-minded friends.

I just started hcG at my doctor's recommendation

I'll join you all too. I am training for an obstacle course and am now working with a sports nutritionist to see why my efforts don't bear fruit.

I was sent this link and wasn't sure if I was the one to post it or not: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/338493-ltl-week-7 I was at a retreat over the weekend so I have some to report: Nutrition: 0 Exercise: (I went whitewater kayaking for 4 hours each day so I'm just going to do what I do for my spinning classes,…

You can see my before and after at http://www.FastFoodFromTheFarmersMarket.com a YouTube video diary of my 2011 weight loss. Be sure to look at my first entry in January http://youtu.be/Q23-YNbu9h0 compared to now http://youtu.be/4dxikYiaRVE or http://youtu.be/KLYPh0InEg0. I am not "finished" but you will see how…

100 pts: Teaching Spinning class (despite my whitewater kayaking black eye for more see my weight loss update on YouTube http://youtu.be/CrUvPe1fAoQ ) 10 pts: Nutrition (whew it's hard to eat 1800 calories/day when you're sick like I was last week but my nutritionist at JillianMichaels.com insists I eat more calories to…

Once a week. Friday mornings. Same scale. Same 'outfit' (mine's birthday suit ;-)

I fairly new to MFP too. Buddy me too! That goes for everyone if they're looking for accountability, motivation and buds.

WEDNESDAY 100 pts: Teach Spinning class one hour -- not sure how many miles this is but 10 is for sure conservative. 10 pts: Nutrition 00 pts: I have a sinus infection that's dragging me so I'm not doing any more exercises than what I've already planned. Cheers!

I'm not sure if we're supposed to update daily what we're doing or weekly. I just wanted to post today that I had a sore throat and so took it easy today. Rest day today which is usually Thursday. Tomorrow I teach a Spinning class, so I will for sure post points. Cheers!

I have been posting recipes at my YouTube channel where I've been logging my results since I started working with a trainer Jan 2011. Here's a few recipes I posted inspired by my friend who has 4 children. We were discussing how to eat organically cheap. Enjoy! http://youtu.be/hpOPhipHJGw Here's a few others I think kids…

I'm new and very excited to be part of a team and this challenge! Thanks for including me!

Oh, and I had 8 glasses of water each day.

Hello everyone! I am brand spanking new and am excited to be with you all. I've been on my journey my whole life, but in 2011 I started working with a trainer and nutritionist over at JillianMichael.com to once and for all create my dream body and make it come true. My brother lost 120 pounds on MyFitnessPal so in August…

I loved reading this. My trainer over at JillianMichaels.com insists on having me eat 1800 calories a day because we've been working together since January and she's been reviewing my diary here (lately) and before over at another food diary online. She believes the reason my scale won't budge is because my body refuses to…

QUOTED "We will definately be buddies! pretty puppy btw. my friend has two huskies :D " Huskies? As my photo implies, lovin' the huskies. One tatoo over here. Phatty tats on you.

I'm South of Asheville NC ... heard of Saluda NC? It's about 1.5 hrs from Charlotte. Can't workout WITH you unless we meet at the Charlotte Whitewater Center, but we can be buddies. Would love to have more friends on MFP. I just came into contact with a doo doo head on another forum and I'm not going to let that diminish…

Okay, first thanks for such a funny thread. I don't think anyone thinks this guy deserves a second date, but maybe you should give him this t-shirt I bought in CO on my way home to NC. It's for my teen-age nephew's birthday at the end of the month. Seems to be fitting. (For what it's worth, I was a staunch vegetarian in…

Turkey jerky -- natural and organic. You can find great turkey jerkey at any co-op or whole foods, natural store. That's great for a "salty" snack and then pick up fruit leather (again, choose the natural organic versions so you're not getting all those toxins) for a sweet treat.

I am working with a trainer and a nutritionist from JillianMichaels.com and today I got this same advice: "Eat less exercise more." It sounds trite, but honestly, our bodies get used to the food and exercise we give it and strive for balance. So, I'm learning to 'mix it up' and maybe that will help you too. Don't give up.…

I like her "Hot Bod In A Box" and just general circuit training. It's best exemplified on her DVD "30 Day Shred" but her site, JM.com and "Hot Bod In A Box" and her books are great resources. I highly recommend them. I'm currently working with a nutritionist and a fitness trainer from JM.com who help me stay strong when…

Nuts are always a good snack and because of their fat and protein (vs sugar) punch, they sustain the body for longer periods of time. They are really good if you're doing an outdoor activity. Also, cheese sticks. Or we have organic turkey sticks but I would NOT do meat sticks or meat jerkey unless they are natural without…

Thanks for posting this so the rest of us can be inspired. I'm also glad you mentioned Jillian's workouts because I have all her DVDs and am a member at www.JillianMichaels.com so the fact that her exercise program worked for you, I know it can work for me. Also, I have been a plateau for 1.5 months and it's so…

You look so much younger. When I read your post and how you nailed the first 95 but are struggling with the last 5 it made me think of my own self-sabotage. When I get so close to my goal, I don't self-sabotage at first, but rather at the eleventh hour ... right when I'm about to finish the goal line. I wonder if you're…

How about burritos? I did a cooking demo of some good packable meals. See http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hpOPhipHJGw for the specific cooking video where I post make-ahead meals perfect for lunches. I'm doing a video update if you're interested http://www.YouTube.com/MichelleTennant Good luck!

Thanks for posting! I'm going to make them too.
