Can you please keep me going....Post some before and after pictures PLEASSSSSSSSSEEEEEEEEEEEEEE and also, how much weight did you lose???


Really need some inspiration to keep going.

    I lost inches, 5 around my waist and 3 from my hips, and also got leaner thighs and rear, sorry no pics, but I can tell you measuring will help you stay focused, you will notice a loss there even when the scale isn't moving.

    Well I do not have pics yet....I am on day 25...but I will post when I finish it. For now I can tell you that I only lost 2lbs, BUT I have lost 10 inches total...and dropped a clothing size. A lot of people dont lose much pound-wise with the shred b/c you are building muscle. But take measurements and pics and you will see a huge difference.

    I'm only on Day 6 of Level 1 today, but when I chose to do this program I made the decision fully knowing that my weight loss will slow.
    I am ready for that.
    I've only lost 8 of the 40lbs that I plan to lose, but I know that if I don't start exercising now, it will be that much more difficult later when I have NO muscle mass to use.
    I have taken "before" pics just for this program so that at the end I can take an "after" pic instead of worrying over the scale.
    Yes, we all want to see the scale numbers go down, but this type of training is for seeing the inches go down.
    Don't give up!
    Hot bodies have muscle attached to those bones!

  • i lost maybe a pound at most. maybe it's due to the fact that it's the only exercise i did but i definitely have seen my body tone. my arms feel stronger and as you keep going, your progress will show whether the scale moves or not. i lost noticeably in my thighs and the flab under my arms. i can't pinch as much love handle as i used to and that to me is a great NSV :)

    i don't have pics. but i can tell you that it will be worth it! keep going! level 3 is the most fun in my opinion!

    Definitely measure!!! I didn't lsoe much fro lbs but man the inches fly off! I diddn't get all the way through it. DIed out at Day 4 Level 3. So sad! I restarted it again and will be heading into Day 1 Level 2 tomorrow!! I lost a total of about 12" all over from doing it. Got some awesome looking shoulders too!!!!!!! YOU CAN DO IT!
