I just started it tonight and its definately a great workout. I kept having to stop during the cardio, but it would be great to build up endurance.

I run heel to toe. Land on your heel and roll off your toes.

I have the actual videos though and not the Wii ones. I know I could probably log each movement, but that seems like it would take forever.

I have tried the Couch to 5K but I have been getting shin splints really bad which has affected how much I run. I can barely make it a mile before I have to stop due to the pain. I'm hoping I can get over them soon.
