  • It was a tough one today! I did 40 burpees today, i had so much trouble getting up again and again.. Maybe i should start with these next week...

  • I feel so sore, my muscles hurt! Those cardio moves do kick in! It's good pain. Just did june 4, all abs.. If i'm not gonna feel this one tomorrow... i skipped the last one, well i tried to do he last one, but i just hate that move!

  • Hi, I also started :) I will add my messurements tomorrow, i keep forgetting to weigh myself in the morning.. Been busy. :) I'm not on dietbet, i did read about it though. :)

  • I had a little stop last week.. Got my period and than is working out, just not a option.. Busy weekend, but a now a new week.. so a fresh start! With these nice workouts!
  • Every burpee is one right :) You'll get there.. I can do te burpee, but when i have to lift my leg with those butt vids, i just fail misserbly.. I justt cant find my balance... If you do the best you can, than it's allright :) we are all on different levels :)

  • I didt have realy much time today... but i thought of myself, the burpee challenge you have to do that one.. So i did! And for the first time i nailed 90 ones with the jump! Only the last one, i fell flat on my stomach... my arms couldt take it anymore :P I just started laughing xD i was so proud that i did the jumps in…

  • Wait til tomorrow! I did the burpee's yesterday and it went really well! I could do almost everyone.. I had no idea how i did that (didnt include the jump all the time though} but getting up & down is hard enough! and now i feel it everywhere!!! & welcome here! youre gonna love the challenges Cassey trows at you!

  • Sundays are never my free day.. Mostly Saturday, because i'm to busy.. I do what i can with the video's. And use mostly modified versions of what she does.. I'll get there someday. My obliques are less hurting today.. Those buttvideos from yesterday, were not that hard as some others ..
