I have like 5st to loose to be a healthy weight. I have come down 4st many yeats ago but its like my body is just stuck. I'm not even fluctuating with water weight.

Hi @DebSozo I really can't advice you on the process but I'm there myself and I know how deflating it is. My mother in Law is on Slimming World and has lost 2.5st, I tried it and never lost a lb... No, Im not tall at all 5"5 inches I didn't even really know that was that high? I would never eat 2014 cal.. Thank you, I thought I was doing well until this 12lb came on like that. I'm changing meds to check whether they are having an impact, I mainly eating around 1500-1600 max.
