  • I also was wondering, since I cant spend exactly 30-60 minutes at one time working out. would it work to work out for 15 minutes three times a day? My daughter gets bored easily and when shes done the next thing you know shes hanging all over me and it throws me off.

  • thanks! I am a member of the local YMCA and they have a gym. What are my best cardio workouts? Currently ive been doing 30 minutes on the treadmill at 3.0. Then 30 minutes on the stationary bike on the weight loss setting. Then usually 20 reps of weights for arms and 20 crunches. Is this a decent workout?

  • well to be honest with you, i strive to reach my 1500 calorie goal every once in awhile. But the foods im eating, its really hard to reach tthat goal, theyre very filling foods and when im not hungry i cant eat. Im having a hard time finding that balance between too little and too much!

  • well i try to at least eat 1000 calories a day. I find it hard though considering i try to schedule my meals out each mornign for the day.   • thanks. Well i was really under my calorie goal for awhile. Maxing out at 650 calories a day until i realized I was starting to stay sleepy and groggy. Ive upped to the 1200 range. Hopefully I will see a result in a week or two.
